Browse source 
Lean source directories (0-Core-Formalism, 2-Search-Space, 5-Applications)
are write-protected via chmod -R a-w.

Writable: .git, extraction/, .lake/, 4-Infrastructure/, 6-Documentation/

To temporarily enable writes: chmod -R a+w 0-Core-Formalism/
