feat(homarr): add Playwright test specs for login, onboard, OIDC, board creation, and integrations
17 new .spec.ts files and 4 debug .png screenshots capturing:
- OIDC login flows (oidc-setup, oidc-login)
- Login variants (admin, v2, quick, cookie capture)
- Board creation and management
- Integration setup flows
- Onboarding test sequence
- Check/init/do-init lifecycle tests
Build: 0 jobs, 0 errors (no Lean files touched)
