GeneticGroundUp.lean — Ground-Up Genetic System Redesign
Formalizes the swarm-designed genetic architecture:
- Quantum nucleotide encoding (6 states: A/T/C/G/U/X)
- Compiled gene kernels (native execution, not bytecode)
- Protein folding as manifold traversal (4D hyperbolic)
- Metabolic pathways as graph neural networks
- Evolution as gradient descent on fitness manifold
