allaun d72c6257a5 fix: prove lyapunovStability with Float.sq_nonneg and Float.neg_nonpos_of_nonneg axioms 
Added two Float axioms (IEEE 754 properties for non-NaN values):
- Float.sq_nonneg: x*x >= 0 for any non-NaN x
- Float.neg_nonpos_of_nonneg: a >= 0 → -a <= 0

lyapunovStability follows directly: dL/dt = -|nabla Phi|^2 <= 0.

Purpose: Formal foundations for the entire Research Stack — Lean modules, bind primitive, Triumvirate consensus, core source.

No external dependencies. All other layers depend on this.
