fix: eliminate cross-project Semantics.FixedPoint imports

Browse source 
Schema.lean and Receipt.lean now import SilverSight.FixedPoint
instead of Semantics.FixedPoint. SilverSight builds standalone.

Build: 3307 jobs, 0 errors.
