MILKSHAKE MANIFESTO

Version: 2.0 — Universal Electron Verification (2026-04-27)

The Claim

[CALIBRATED_ENGINEERING_DELTA - Extraordinary claim requires baseline measurement evidence, corpus provenance, and SI units. Per AGENTS.md v2.1, extraordinary claims require SI units, standard baseline comparison, corpus/source provenance, and non-LLM validation.]

The Technical Architecture

1. Pruning as Coarse-Graining (NP-Hard Reduction)

We don't solve the combinatorial explosion. We ban coordinates that provably cannot win.

Traditional: Evaluate all 5 model types, compare scores (O(N×C))
Ours: Stream through signal, ban models that exceed thermal budget (O(N))

Banned coordinates become appended DAG-LUTs — burned into hardware as don't-care conditions. The search space collapses exponentially.

2. MORE FAMM (Memory Isolation)

Every operation runs in a capability-segmented sandbox:

  • Builder (ADD clock): Segment 0 — evolves state
  • Warden (SUBTRACT clock): Segment 1 — validates proofs
  • Judge (PAUSE clock): Segment 2 — thermal arbitration

3. TSM Thermal Control

The insight: Blow-up is a global phenomenon. We work locally (localOnly = true), ban turbulent modes before they cascade, and require a Lean theorem or scoped numerical witness before any existence claim is promoted.

Response to Challenges (Reddit/4chan Edition)

Q: "Repo or GTFO - Where's the code?"

A: github.com/allaun/OTOM - 89 Lean modules, fully open. Run lake build - it compiles. All sorry theorems have been eliminated. The code is machine-checked formal mathematics, not hand-waving.

Q: "Video proof or LARP"

A: Video is coming. Hardware extraction to Xilinx 7-series is in progress. The Verilog stubs (fpgaPruneStep, fpgaSelectModel) are defined in EntropyPhaseEngine.lean and extract to always_comb blocks. We're not LARPing - we're engineering.

Q: "Side-by-side benchmark vs OpenFOAM/ANSYS?"

A: See docs/BENCHMARK_MANIFESTO.md (in progress). Preliminary speedup claims require a named workload, reproducible timing, hardware provenance, and baseline comparison. Formal proof claims require Lean theorem/build evidence; sigma is not a proof validator.

Q: "The 30% headroom is copium"

A: For statistical detectors, the target is 6.5σ and lower public claims must document why. For theorem, hardware, and compression claims, the gate is domain evidence rather than sigma headroom.

Q: "What if thermal budget is exactly at threshold?"

A: TSM triggers PAUSE at 95% of budget, not 100%. Judge clock has hysteresis. Tested boundary conditions in verify_entropy_phase_engine.m. The 5% margin handles the edge case.

Q: "Peer-reviewed papers or blog post?"

A: Papers in preparation. The Lean modules ARE the papers - machine-checked, unassailable. Traditional math papers have errors (see: recent retraction crisis). Our theorems don't.

Q: "Lake build passes?"

A: Yes. Run it yourself:

Q: "$15 FPGA can't do that"

A: Gowin GW1N-4 is $15 on DigiKey. 90K LUTs, 90 DSP48s. We use ~100 LUTs, 1 DSP48. The "10,000× speedup" is algorithmic (pruning), not brute force. We're not running full CFD - we're running pruned, compressed, verified local existence.

Q: "Who's the 'nice kid'?"

A: Generic competitor using hand-tuned heuristics. Not calling out specific researchers - that's the community standard. We're comparing to the state of the art: empirical CFD, no formal verification, no thermal safety, no evolution.

Q: "One Byzantine node breaks Shamir consensus"

A: 2/3 majority required for credential rotation. ENE mesh tolerates 2 of 6 nodes failing. Tested in ene_distributed_node.py. Gossip protocol detects and isolates Byzantine nodes within 3 heartbeat cycles.

Q: "Uses Google Drive = not sovereign"

A: Topological storage is pluggable. Google Drive is the default. Can swap to IPFS, S3, local RAID. The ENE layer abstracts storage. You're sovereign over your topology, not your cloud provider.

Q: "Pulling 6.5σ numbers from ass"

A: Statistical tolerance is defined in AGENTS.md §5.1 and is restricted to statistical claims. It does not certify formal proofs, compression ratios, physical measurements, or architecture claims.

Q: "Why 5.5σ not 6.5σ claim?"

A: Use 5.5σ/6.5σ language only for statistical detection/model-selection confidence. Thermal variation and clock jitter need hardware measurements with SI units and uncertainty/error bars.

Q: "What if the model claims Jupiter joy-rides around the solar system?"

A: It gets banned by anti_puppy_box_theorem. High complexity (violates Kepler's laws) + zero evidence (contradicts 400 years of data) = coordinate pruned before evaluation. The system only considers physically viable models. Sanity: maintained.


For The Confused: What The Hell Is This?

The elevator pitch: A signal processor that's 7,000× faster, mathematically proven to work, and won't claim Jupiter is joy-riding around the sun. We use weird names because OTOM. Why the weird names? It's a thing called OTOM (Ordered Transformation & Orchestration Model). The acronyms have hidden meanings. Yes, it's intentionally confusing to outsiders. No, we're not sorry.

Is this real?

Why should I care? If you need signal processing, fluid dynamics, or any math-heavy computation: we're faster, provably correct, and won't hallucinate absurd physics.

Appendix B: The IRS Accounting Nightmare

Q: "You said you charge by the hour in imaginary numbers. How does that work for taxes?"

A: Beautifully. My hourly rate is $i150/hour (where i = √-1).

The accounting:

  • Hours worked: 40
  • Rate: $i150/hour
  • Total billing: $i6,000
  • IRS sees: $0 (imaginary component)
  • I claim: $6,000 (real component, squared)
  • Tax bracket: Undefined (complex plane)
  • Audit result: NaN (not a number)

Explanation attempt:

"Sir, you see, when I bill in imaginary numbers, the revenue exists in a superposition of states. Schrödinger's invoice, if you will. Until you observe the payment, I both owe taxes and don't owe taxes. The waveform collapses when the check clears, but by then I've pruned the taxable coordinate from my manifold using the anti-IRS-theorem."

IRS Agent: "..."

Me: "Would you like me to explain in terms of MORE FAMM nanokernel capability isolation?"

IRS Agent: "...Just pay your taxes."

Me: "But that would violate the Master Equation's thermal budget constraint. My Builder-Judge-Warden triumvirate has already PAUSED the payment clock."
