Verification Philosophy

Principle: All capacity claims must be verified through benchmark testing before acceptance as final results.

Hypothesis vs Fact:

  • Implementation Guide v0.2 presents projected upper-bound capacity as hypothesis
  • Verification Plan v0.1 provides testing framework to validate or refute hypothesis
  • Only benchmark-verified results should be presented as factual capacity

Safety-First Approach:

  • All tests must pass safety gates before proceeding to next phase
  • Null models provide baseline for comparison
  • Sigma thresholds prevent false positives from noise
  • Receipt system provides audit trail for all operations
