# GCL Nanokernel Architecture
**Vision:** Linux kernel is just a driver shim. GCL nanokernel does all the work.

## Syscall Interface
Linux shim provides these syscalls to GCL nanokernel:

**Total syscall surface:** ~1.5KB code
## GCL to Lean Verification
Each GCL function in `gcl-nanokernel.gcl` has a verified equivalent in `Semantics.LawfulLoss.lean`:

## Build Process

## Deployment to RackNerd

## Why This Is Lawful
1. **Verifiable:** GCL compiles to bytecode with formal semantics
2. **Traceable:** Every syscall logged with `BindResult` witness
3. **Minimal:** Only 8 syscalls vs Linux's 300+
4. **Recoverable:** If GCL crashes, Linux shim can restore standard kernel
