## Interpretation
|
||
|
||
**Φ_universal** measures the net information-theoretic "field strength" of a system:
|
||
|
||
1. **First form** (reciprocal-log): Direct information-to-entropy ratio
|
||
2. **Second form** (weighted-log): Information weighted by harmonic resonance minus entropy weighted by penalty
|
||
|
||
The equivalence between forms requires:
