Bio-Organoid Signal Field Gate

Purpose

Add the linked Nature/Nature Communications/Communications Biology organoid and hippocampal papers as a FAMM witness layer.

This bundle is coherent: it gives the project a living 3D signal-field substrate with measurable electrophysiology, volumetric interface geometry, flow/shear maturation, and semantic prediction.
